FAQ
What sizes do you offer?
Our collection includes baby clothes from newborn up to 24 months. As each piece is pre-loved, sizing can vary slightly from one brand to another. If so, you'll find a note about it in the product description—no guesswork needed.
What condition are the baby clothes in?
We handpick every garment for its quality and condition. Unless otherwise stated, everything is either new, nearly new, or in very good pre-loved condition. Think of it as gently worn, thoughtfully chosen, and ready for a second round of adventures.
What brands do you carry?
While you may spot names like Petit Bateau or Du Pareil Au Même, we don’t focus on branding. Our priority is always the piece itself—its feel, quality, and charm. That’s why we don’t highlight manufacturer names in our product descriptions.
What materials are the clothes made from?
We favour high-quality materials that are soft, breathable, and kind to babies’ skin. Whenever possible, we prioritise organic and sustainable fabrics—because comfort and conscience go hand in hand.
How should I wash baby clothes?
We recommend washing baby clothes at 30–40°C with a gentle, fragrance-free detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach. As always, check the care label for any specific instructions to help each piece last beautifully.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we do. You can add beautiful, minimal gift wrapping at checkout—perfect for baby showers, newborn gifts, or simply a thoughtful surprise for someone special.
What’s your return policy?
We handle returns personally and with care. If you’re not happy with something, just send us an email at andrea@naectar.app and we’ll be glad to help.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery within Denmark usually takes 3–7 working days. At the moment, we only ship within Denmark.
How do I choose the right size?
Babies grow quickly, so we often suggest choosing the next size up—especially if you're buying as a gift or for future wear. If in doubt, go by your baby’s current height and weight rather than age for the best fit.
